WWS Physical Therapy and Vestibular Rehabilitation Staff are here. WWSPT is open for business. We have reviewed our procedures to ensure compliance with all infection control requirements. #WWSPT is following ALL CDC Protocols and the Guidelines on Infection Control.to reduce the spread of #Coronavirus, #COVID19 virus.
Dear Friends,
As a valued member of the WWSPT family, we appreciate the trust you place in us when receiving physical therapy and fitness services at our facility.
In the current environment, it’s important for all of us to be smart and cautious. That’s why I want to update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety when you receive treatment in our office.
What are we doing? Clinical care is our passion. One of the promises that we have always made to our patients, clients and our referral sources is that we will treat our patients in a clean, neat and safe environment. This new virus does not change this promise, in fact, it is why we make this promise. We are trained, to use safe practice patterns and protocols specifically designed to minimize the risk associated with transmitting germs. We’ve learned from past experience and have continually refined and improved our ability to protect our customers. That includes the way we circulate clean and fresh air in our environment as well as sanitize and maintain our facility and equipment. We are also extremely careful when we respond to a patient who may be displaying symptoms. We will be providing a questionnaire about exposure possibilities to help us assess risk for staff and patients.
If you do have any questions and concerns regarding the coronavirus and what we are doing to mitigate the spread of COVID19 please do not hesitate to share your concerns with any of our therapists. We are more than willing to discuss this topic and ease your concerns.
What can you do? We ask everyone to frequently wash their hands and use the sanitizer located throughout our facility. We also request that should you be feeling ill, stay home and do not attend your scheduled appointments. Call us. Let us know how you are feeling and stay in communication with us. This way we will be here, ready and able to work with you when you are ready to return for your care. We will waiver cancelation fees though it would be helpful to know if you plan on not coming.
Thank you for trusting us with your physical therapy needs. Stay in touch with us and look for our communication via our e-mail communications on our health engagement app KEET, our web site as well as on our Facebook page.
Wishing you good health,
Wendy Webb Schoenewald & staff
