We want to share 3 videos with some stretches to do to break up your day when sitting at your desk. In the 1st video, the foam roller is a great way to get some massage as you stretch. We hope these stretches make you feel better!
Video 2 demonstrates stretches that are to stretch the upper quarter, the shoulders, forearms, and hands after working at the computer.
Video 3 stretches are to loosen the spine and stretch out the pectorals, correcting the rounded sitting posture we tend to adopt at the computer.
