Health Insurance for Physical Therapy & PT Treatments
As a courtesy, we verify your insurance prior to your first appointment. Every effort is made to be sure that the information given to you is accurate. If a conflict exists between the information provided to you and the terms of the plan, the terms of the plan will govern. The final determination of coverage and patient responsibility is made at the time the claim is received and processed. You are financially responsible for charges not covered by your insurance company.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CASES RELATED TO MOTOR VEHICLES OR WORKMAN’S COMP CLAIMS.
Below is a list of the Insurance Plans that WWSPT accepts: If you have an insurance plan that is not listed below, please call your insurance company, and they will be able to tell you if WWSPT is “In-Network”.
- Aetna PPO
- Aetna HMO – patients can only come for Vestibular Rehabilitation and must obtain a referral from their primary care doctor
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PPO Plans including, but not limited to, Federal Blue Cross, Highmark, Horizon Blue Cross)
- Cigna
- Humana
- Independence Administrators – cannot be through Doylestown Hospital
- Keystone 65
- Keystone Health Plan East – Patients can only come for Vestibular Rehabilitation and must obtain a referral from their primary care doctor
- Medicare
- Medicare Advantage Plans
- Meritan
- Personal Choice
- Railroad Medicare
- Tricare
- Trustmark
- United Healthcare
Regardless of your insurance plan, all patients are required to obtain a written order (script) from a physician in order to schedule an appointment.
If we do not accept your insurance plan:
- Out of Pocket (Self-Pay): We accept patients who wish to pay out-of-pocket. You will need to call the office to receive the schedule of out of pocket fees.
- If we accept your insurance, you cannot come as a self-pay patient
