May 17-23, 2020 is the Vestibular Disorder Association’s (VeDA) Steps-2-Balance week. This challenge is meant to help encourage those living with vestibular disorders to take the step forward to recovery. As part of this challenge, your favorite vestibular specialists at WWSPT invite you to set your own personal balance goal and create a plan of action to achieve it! You can do it!
Your personal goal can be anything from adding 5 minutes of exercise to your day, resuming those VOR exercises ( Vestibular Ocular exercises) you haven’t been as consistent with lately, starting to take walks outside of your home, or even just finally picking up the phone to call the clinic to be evaluated.
